About this video
The FX tab adds effects to any image, text or shape in a playable ad - twenty-five of them, and they stack. This tutorial turns a plain level-complete card into a finished one: an outlined, glowing headline, a trophy in its own light, a blurred ellipse turned into a light beam with the Add blend mode, and a grayscale locked reward.

Transcript
A glowing headline, a trophy in its own light, and the next reward locked in grey. No image editing - just effects, stacked.
That's the FX tab. In the next few minutes: switching an effect on, stacking two, glow and outline, blur and a blend mode for light, and colour adjust for a locked state.
Select the title, and open the FX tab. Every effect is a module: tick it to switch it on, then click its name to open its settings.

Outline draws an edge around the letters. A deep purple, four pixels thick.
Now tick Glow as well. The two stack: the outline, then a golden glow around both.
The trophy gets a paler, wider glow, so it reads as light coming off the gold.
The light behind it is just an ellipse. Blur it, twenty-four pixels. Then, in the General tab, Blend Mode Add, and a little less opacity - and it becomes light.
For the locked reward: Color Adjust, and Grayscale, a touch darker. Grey reads as not yet, in every game.
There are twenty-five effects in all - bevel, glitch, shockwave, god rays, reflection and more. The drop shadow is in the Image video.
A few effects on each object, and the card looks finished.
Three mistakes to avoid. One: stacking too many. Every effect is work for the phone - two or three on an object, not ten.
Two: effects on small text. A glow on body copy just blurs it. Save them for headlines.
Three: an effect that fights the message. A glitch on a price reads as broken.
That's the FX tab. See you in the next video!
