About this video
An ad you build lives in your browser until you save it to the cloud. Once saved it is on your account, where you can open it from any computer, name versions and restore one, and share a link that plays the real ad on any phone - with the click to the store switched off, so a client can review it safely.
Playable Ads Maker - build playable ads and end cards, export to 13 ad networks.
Transcript
Right now, this ad lives only in this browser. Clear the browser, and it's gone. Save it to the cloud, and it's on your account - with restore points, and a link anyone can open.
In the next few minutes: saving to the cloud, versions and restoring one, and a share link for your client.
Open the save menu, and choose Save current work to cloud. Give the project a name, and save. The badge at the top now says Saved to cloud.

Every saved project is on your account page, under Saved projects. Open it from any computer, or see its history.
A version is a snapshot you name. Open Version history, call this one Launch, and save it. Your plan decides how many are kept - Studio keeps five, and when it's full, the oldest is replaced first.
Now the client asks for a sale headline. Open the project from your account.
Change the title, and save to the cloud again. Saving again updates the same copy - it does not make a new version.
A week later, the sale is over. Back in Version history, point at Launch, and press Restore. It overwrites the cloud copy, so it asks first.
Then open the project again.
The launch headline is back - exactly as it was when you named the version.
Last, the link. In Export, keep Web Preview on, and tick Save project to cloud and create a share link. Then export.
The share link is at the top. Copy it, and send it to anyone - it always shows your latest export.
It opens the real ad, on any phone, in any browser. The click to the store is switched off, and it says so - so a client can play it, but never mistake it for the live ad.
Three mistakes to avoid. One: trusting the browser. A local draft goes when the browser's data does - save to the cloud before you close the laptop.
Two: expecting every save to be a restore point. Saving updates one copy. Name a version before any big change.
Three: sending the downloaded file for review. Send the share link - it plays anywhere, and it updates every time you export.
That's cloud projects and versions. See you in the next video!
